National Certificates in Veterinary Nursing & Animal Care
Vicki qualified with a Certificate in Veterinary Nursing in 2012 through Otago Polytechnic. Whilst self-discipline was key, the desire to gain a qualification in this field was greater. The clients and pets I meet every day make my job very enjoyable, I feel very privileged to be involved in this industry, no two days are the same and “one size” certainly does not fit all. My spare time is taken up with my own animals which include 2 collies, a pug called Frankie, a hand reared cockatoo called Aussie and 3 cats. I also help my husband with the farm duties on our beef farm as time permits and enjoy spending time with our son and 2 daughters.
